Need WiFi adapter for OptiPlex SFF 5050

Hi all,

So i recently purchased 3 Dell OptiPlex SFF 5050 for my business that did not include a wifi adapter. I will be connecting the computers via ethernet for internet connection but need WiFi incase outage for my backup jetpack.

With that being said i have had bad experiences with USB dongles and was looking for a wireless card. I purchased a Intel 7260 to install in slot 1 but it doesn't fit. I thought i had half mini pcie slot but i guess not? or i purchased the wrong adapter.

Your advise is appreciated!

Take it back and replace it. Those cards are usually for laptops not desktops. I would take the case in

It should say what the slot is (it'll be etched by the slot) what it is PCi-E x1 or something
