need windows 7 pro or premium options

I recently built a new system, all items purchased from newegg, I made a mistake and ordered windows 7 premium but I had 32 gb ram, and it only lets me use 16. so I am looking for the most affordable option to remedy this.

can someone suggest a place to buy an upgrade from? I spent $99 on this win 7 premium, and the pro on newegg is only $140. the only upgrades I have found so far are like $109, which means I will end up spending $210 for pro instead of the $140 I could have done. if anyone can help direct me on this I would greatly appreciate it!

Thought it might be cheaper as they aren't supplting any media. Never tried it so I'm not aware of the prices, or if it even works anymore as no doubt they will try and flog 8 instead.
