Need your suggestion for a graphics card

Hi,
I have a dual core processor with 2GB RAM, the motherboard has 1` PCIe slot and 2 PCI slots, I have a 400W power supply. I am not gamer, I am looking for a graphics card for GNOME3/Unity/ Windows 7 experience, can you suggest a good graphics card at a low cost.

if you're not into gaming or need something that really benefit from discrete gpu your mobo integrated graphic should be enough for you

but the integrated graphics does not support for windows-7 or gnome3 incase of fedora 15.
