Needing a PC for simulators with very specific circumstances

Budget Range: $2000 before rebates, after shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important:
Arma 3, getting at least 60 FPS on the highest possible settings at 1440p or higher

Are you buying a monitor: If there's room in the budget, yes. My current monitor is 1080p at 59hz

Parts (I have) to Upgrade: I have a stick of DDR4 in 8GB, frequency unknown, and a stick of DDR4 in 4GB, frequency unknown.

Additional Comments: Due to my current situation, I CANNOT build my PC; it has to be prebuilt, no exceptions. My college won't allow me to build a computer.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Current Computer is crap.

It's got a crappy pentium, 12 GB of ram, Integrated Graphics, and a 200 GB hard drive.

If you don't know what your Ram is, it may or may not work in a computer and even if it does work, you probably can't upgrade it as you may get problems. Although 1 stick of 8GB is OK.
Many computers come pre-built, go look at any decent gaming shop. A decent fully equipped computer will cost you no more than $1500 so thats $500 for a monitor.
