Needing a Wireless N Router ? Is Duel Band Better ?

Hi i Currently have a Cisco WRT310N Router , it heats up and is Pretty BAD! its Slow..

And my isp only Supports a Wireless N Router. - not sure of others or What other numbers mean.

I Have 1 Wifi Connection Sharing with 2 to 3 other Computers in the Household and Need to Be Able to Tweek the Bandwidth ( Share it better )

Is a TP-Link TL-WR847N 300Mbps 2.4GHz WiFi Router Better than What i have now?
Is it Duel band? its on sale right now for under $40 Reg $100+

is this better ? BL - WDR4600 600Mpbs Dual Band 2.4G / 5G Wireless Router with Four Antennas - 100 - 240V

Dual band is definitely better IMO. If you have any portable devices (phones, tablets) that you can move to the 5Ghz band, that is fewer devices fighting for the 2.4Ghz band.
