So I am definitely on a budget and looking for finding the correct (psu modular or not and wattage) for my build and a case that is recommended for cable management and price!
My Build:

Side note of a temporary fix:
In addition to the first question my friend is willing to give me his psu and case (going to look at it soon) that are old from his css days. The psu is a 420w which is higher then the estimated wattage (350) Would using his psu and case be a good idea for a temporary fix? It should be noted that his case is definitely old enough not to have any usb 3.0 slots so would this be that big of a deal?

I picked 750w PSu because it the cheapest good quality PSU, and you will have room for future upgrades

Also changed the SSD for better one

Thanks!
What exactly are the differences between the ssds btw?
Also how likely is it that I will actually get the $30 from the rebate? I hear companies are very stubborn to hand out the rebate cards.
