Question Needing new monitor

So I have a LG 27GL850 and I am going to start work from home and would need a second monitor. I am also a avid gamer so I am wanting something that is not too much but still at least 144hz and 1440p. I am conflicted with a refurb Samsung 27inch G7, 32 or 27 inch LG GP850 atm but am open to other recommendations. I have a 3070ti atm, and I care more about visuals as I am a rts player mostly. I plan on putting my 27GL850 as my secondary monitor. Budget is $500.

If we do suggest the refurb panel, how long of a window do you have before you can return it/ask for a refund? Also, what is your preferred site for purchase and where are you located? VESA mount necessary(in case you want to mount it to an arm or the wall)?

It is through Amazon and the G7 refurbished is $620 and new is $690 and the 32GP850-B is $390 new. I am looking to put on a VESA mount as I do plastic modeling and would like to keep my desk as clear as possible. Is the G7 that good for 300 dollars more? The G7 was $540 a few days ago but can no longer find it on Amazon. I was looking to put it on the Huanuo dual monitor stand.

I found it for $540 and is free returns for 30 days. If I do go with the refurb is there tests I can do to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the panel and all? The 32 inch G7 is the same price and the like new used 27 inch.
