Needing Some Recommendations on Computer Fans 140mm

I have recently moved my computer setup into a Corsair 600Q, and am not quiet impressed with the fans (AF140L) that come with, even though they are advertised as not having the annoying fan hum I seem to still hear it.
I'm wondering what would be the ideal 140mm fan(s) to get. I'm looking to replace to the two at the front and the exhaust fan.
My price range is pretty open, just looking to get a advice on the topic because I haven't found much other then https://www.quietpc.com/140mmfans because I am looking to have good airflow but also a rather quiet fan if possible. There just isn't much option available.
Thermals with the default case fans are fine.
I'm struggling to find the ideal fan especially with how Amazon differentiates between the American version and the Canadian version.

Keep in mind that you will get an annoying hum no matter which fan you get, at certain speeds. Since its max is 1000RPM I'm guessing you're just running them at top speeds. The trick is to go into whatever utility comes with your motherboard, and assuming you've plugged the case fans directly into the motherboard, adjust their speeds based on temperatures with a curve using that utility. That way when you're on idle which is majority of the time, you're dead silent, and when you're on games, 1000RPM shouldn't be too loud with headphones/sound on anyway.
All that being said, Noctua fans still knock all others in quality/sound, but they are pricey. BeQuiet would be also a set of fans to look into but I haven't tried them myself, just heard about them, so can't really recommend.

The 600Q has fan controls with 3 settings on the outside of the case, when i'm not doing gaming or something that uses more processing, the fan setting is on the lowest possible setting so the fans are not spinning much at all currently, but I can still hear a constant humming sound coming from the case.

The GPU fans are off when I'm just on the internet/ idle, I can't imagine it would be the CPU fan (Noctua NH-U14S) which I put in fairly recently alongside the new case. Originally had some dinky watercooler that Cyberpower managed to attach even though it was broken back in 2012. I suppose it could be possible the fan for the heatsink is managing to wobble, but it seemed secure when I put it together.
Would https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/rDrG3C/noctua-case-fan-nfp14sredux900 be a decent option? It doesn't have the usual Noctua look about it, nor does it have the rubber sides for fan wobble or however they advertise it. I heard Noctua was going to be releasing some new types of fans and I'm questioning if its worth waiting to see what they are going to be like.
From some of the research I did some people say HDD's can cause sounds because they are constantly moving and I know the case was critiqued for less then great holding slots.

The fan in your PSU could be the source of the hum you are hearing.

I suppose that is possible, I had to upgrade it from some off brand PSU to an EVGA T2 850W I could try the eco mode to deal with the fan noise. I'll try it out soon.

If you're dead set on pinpointing the sound, run the case with open side window. Really get in there close to figure out where exactly is the sound coming from (put the computer up on the table next to you).
As for the fan you link, it's fine quality and design wise, though personally I wouldn't go for it. Why? If you go with a lot higher RPM, with current motherboards all having plenty of fan plugins, you can just crank the fan down as you need. Or using a switch like you are. But...when it's a really hot day and you need extra cooling more than you need a quiet pc, those extra RPMs will really come in handy, even if at expense of your ears whereas 900 RPM is not very high.
If you like the color scheme go for Noctua NF-P14 redux 1200 or even 1500 just to have some extra cooling as needed.
Depending on what you fan control is like (I'm guessing voltage based hence the switches) go for the non-pwm version.

Since I went for a case that doesn't have any glass panels or anything, colours do not matter much. I'll listen to the case tomorrow, and if I can't pinpoint it or get any sort of indication into what is making the noise, I will buy a 1200 RPM fan, thanks.
