Question needs advice for server

Hi, so my GM is looking for a server and he's asking which will be the best for the company

he's thinking about three scenarios first is two inhouse server the other will be back up, and second is 1 inhouse and 1 cloud server and the other one is just 1 inhouse server. this is for a service apartment.

can someone give me some advice like pro's and con's
*2 Inhouse Servers
*1 Inhouse Server and 1 Cloud Server
*1 Inhouse server

I'm also thinking about 1 Cloud server

As you can see, your question sounds exactly like that. One needs a server for a purpose to run some applications. Whether you need two servers, inhouse, cloud, or any - nobody but you (and your boss) can answer.
