Noob here. Im building a pc and am contemplating putting two 120mm fans in the FRONT and installing a PUSH/PULL liquid radiator cooler at the top(6-fans total). I don't have a fan at the rear. Will this work efficiently?

It'll work. Just that with the 4 fans moving air out and 2 moving it in the net effect is negative pressure. Meaning more dust will be sucked in. Not a HUGE deal unless you live in a dustbowl. Just something to keep in mind.

I'd be wary of a setup that primarily gives negative pressure in the case, for the reason bjornl mentioned above. Particularly if you're using a liquid cooling radiator, which will be difficult to clean between it's deep & narrow fins.

The case you linked will support 3x 120mm fans in the front, which would be my recommendation to better balance out the 4x fan push/pull cooler.
