Hi,

Just ordered the above combo and I hope they will work OK with the shipping
BIOS, V. 1.1 (I think).
Anybody tried this, and will I be better off getting a Winchester instead of
the Venice?
As to RAM I know that bthe Winchester has problems running at 400Mhz with 4
Doublesided modules. I was hoping the Venice has solved this, but I cannot
find any info on it anywhere.
The reason I want to run 4*512 MB modules instead of 2*1024 MB is that
1024MB modules are only avalable in CL3, but I can get 500Mhz CL2.5 512
modules making the setup a lot easier to overclock.
I plan to get 4 200MB Samsung SATA II drives in 2 RAID0 setups. The graphics
card will be a 600XT or some 6600 variety.

Any thoughts ad suggestios on the setup will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!

So I am better off getting 2*1024MB CL3 modules at 1T command rate instead
of 4*512MB CL2 modules at 2T command rate.
