This is made to be more than just a game emulator clearly, but I can agree with the premise.

Looks cool, but considering that I already have a basic gaming machine in my pocket -- my phone -- I don't understand the benefit of carrying another one.

Purpose built devices could be better for gaming. Probably not this one though.

As for the phone, you can add a telescopic gaming controller to make it even more suitable for gaming. Its hard to argue with that when you already carry it everywhere.
