NES Zapper mouse?

I'm not sure if I'm on the correct sub-forum so excuse me if I am. I'm making an NES PC soon, but I also want to turn the Zapper into a wireless mouse that aims and "shoots" to point and click. Has anyone done something similar or know how this would work?

You could use a bluetooth adapter and a Nintendo wiimote(with zapper style wiimote holder) to do it.

Sure it does not look nes, but may be more easy then getting the parts to fit nice in the zapper gun.

Other then that, you may have to try to make parts from one of those air mouse type devices fit the zapper.
