So i have net speed download of 200 mbps ,
i have router gigabit ,cat5e cable ,pc motherboard support gigabit port ,
but i can't get full speed of 200 mbps ,i usually get around 100 mbps speed

i tested with my laptop it get full speed ,i connect laptop with lan cable same with my pc ,but my pc i use lan cable 30 meter long

So does my cable distance impact speed and what i can do to get full speed ?

Configuration of the router part i don't change setting or anything and laptop is not config anything different from my pc

The different is i connect laptop to router using cat6 10 meter long and get full download speed, the pc part i use cat5e 30 meter long to connect to router ,pc on my second floor.

That indicates the problem is the cable.
Not Cat6 vs Cat5e, but rather that the Cat5e going upstairs is a crappy cable.

Likely the cable/wiring yes. I did wonder whether perhaps the PC is running an ancient 100mbps NIC, which I why I suggested testing it with the laptop to make sure. But yeah, if the laptop gets 100mbps over the same cable it's a good indication of where the problem is.

OP - is the PC "cable" just a 30m cable? Or is there some in-wall cabling with sockets? 100mbps only uses 2 of the 4 pairs included in a Cat5e (and Cat6/6A) cables. So it's possible that a socket can be terminated incorrectly, such that it works for 100mbps because the 2 pairs in use are correct, but will not run higher speeds because of a poor connection on one of the other 2 pairs.
If it's just a standard 30m ethernet cable - and it doesn't achieve 200mbps for your laptop either, then just buy yourself a new cable. But if there are sockets/in wall cabling, it's worth having a look at how it's been terminated.

So i tested cat5e 30m cable on my second floor with 2 pc and laptop both get around 100 mbps speed not full, but when i use laptop with cat6 10m it get 200 mbps full speed ,i confuse at what the problem is ,cat5e should able to get full speed ,i even buy new cat5e and tested get same 100 mbps speed and use switch to repeat signal too.

You really shouldn't need a shielded cable unless you're in a commercial/industrial area with extremely high signal noise. And definitely not for only 1Gbps at 30m. My guess is it was a cheap/dodgy cable that had a faulty wire/connection on one of the pairs required for 1Gbps. As I mentioned above, 100mbps only uses 2 of the 4 pairs, so you can have a faulty cable that works fine for 100mpbs, as long as the fault is on one of the unused pairs.

Anyway, glad to hear the new cable fixed the problem.
