Netflix is lagging.

Okay, so i just bought this brand new pc with gtx geforce 1070ti and intel core i7-8700k 3.70ghz and windows 10. So when i play netflix it lags, stops, plays, lags, it just keep going like that. And when i pause the video, netflix skips forward. Can someone help me with this? i have a video of it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeCRCqzjcec&feature=youtu.be

Yuotube fine on internet explorer and chrome. I don't have firefox. So i did notice that it works on microsoft egde my netflix, but it didn't work for like 2 weeks ago i guess idk tbh

forgive me for misreading, how does netflix work on Edge or IEX? I suspect this is more of a browser specific issue and not a hardware issue. a quick google search of "netflix lags on chrome" may yield some useful results.

i tried that, but the things doesn't work. My netflix works in microsoft edge, but not chrome. :3
