Outlook express is set as my default email. Explorer is also default web
browser. I have even reset it just to make sure. However, when I try and
send a link or page from IE Netscape opens up and is the default from the
toolbar. How do I get Outlook Express to be the default from the toolbar?

Hi Elrod,

Click Start, Run and type the following commands one by one:
MSIMN.EXE /REG

regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msoe.dll"

Reboot. If that does not help, download DefaultMail utility and click "Clear
per-user settings....." button:
