I'm trying to run the netsh diag gui command from run (or a DOS boks) but
nothing happens.
How can I correct this problem ?

Does Help and Support work normally?

You can also shortcut the whole process by creating a shortcut with the following command line:

hcp://system/netdiag/dglogs.htm

That's why the command line doesn't do anything. Help and Support is broken.

See http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm. Click the icon next to Why doesn't Help and Support work.
