Network 2 Connected but no internet connection.

Hi,

I upgraded to the BT infinity fibre optic internet a few days ago and my wired desktop was working fine for a couple of days. However, all of a sudden only "Network 2" is detected which says internet access but when I try to access the internet, I can't. All my other devices work perfectly fine.

The google homepage flashes with something about DNS before changing to the "No internet" screen.

I've tried changing my ethernet cables, connecting the PC directly to the router and changing some of the network setting as well as factory restoring the router but nothing works.

Please help

Something is wrong with your dns servers. Try putting in 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for your dns settings.

That didn't fix the problem unfortunately

Managed to fix it. Went to Settings--->Internet----->Status---->Network Reset. Hopefully this might help if you encounter the same problem.
