Network Connection suddenly very unstable. Is roommate tampering possible?

Hi Tom's hardware. TL;DR at bottom of post.

I've been living with two roommates for about 5 months. The internet has worked well for the vast majority of those months. At the end of February I said I was moving out in the end of march and paid this month's rent, but one of my roommates was angry at me for no real reason (as I provided him one month's notice which was agreed upon - we have no lease, just a month to month) which he later refused to talk to me until March 1st, when he asked if I was still moving out, and I said yes.

Suddenly on March 2nd the internet connection started dropping a ton and still frequently drops. My iphone connects to the wifi network but cannot open up anything internet related (all I get is messages very similar to "the server did not respond"). I've tried changing the DNS on the phone to many others and it did not fix anything.

My laptop (wireless connection) and desktop (wired ethernet connection to the router...) both drop connection many times per minute just to reconnect seconds later.

I believe my roommate knows I use the internet connection (which was agreed upon in my rent when I moved in) quite a bit, and the internet has worked fine for me for months until just recently. Is it possible he screwed with it in an attempt to get me to move out early, or just to screw with me in general?

Thanks, sorry for the long post. He uses fiber wifi that is SUPER fast and has never given me an issue like this before.

Tl;Dr internet working fine for 5 months. Tell roommate I'm moving out, the next day it suddenly drops every few seconds and reconnects. Phone can not connect to the wifi network at all. Is it possible my roommate messed with the network to give me a hard time?

To add to this, my other roommate who uses the internet more frequently than me, but only on a laptop, has had no changes in his ability to use the internet AFAIK (it doesn't drop frequently like it does for me).

This is certainly possible.... You say you will have internet but it will drop? Does anything ever load?

I restrict my kids by blocking them at the router using the Mac address of there devices. It simply firewalls all traffic to there device during specified times.

It drops many times per minute and reconnects seconds later. The connection is extremely unstable. As well, my phone can connect to the network but can't access the internet at all.
From my understanding, both my desktop (wired) and laptop (wireless) can connect to the internet via the network though the connection is extremely unstable for both of them, and my roommate who uses a wireless laptop connects without the frequent drops in connection that I get even when I'm using an ethernet cable.
