Network driver not installing on Maximus iv gene-z gen3

I have the maximus iv gene-z gen3 and i was trying to install all the necessary drivers and I noticed the intel LAN drivers would not install "Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer" and would not install. I have checked the BIOS and the intel network was enabled. Please help, I make videos and I was planning on doing a livestream to twitch since I preordered GTA V for PC. Help is greatly appreciated!

Device Manager - - do you see anything listed under "Network adapters" with or without an error symbol next to it?
If no mention of such a device, the device may be faulty, such that it can't be detected. Warranty exchange.
