I am looking for a device that I can use to extend my home network, because I am moving into a room which is a lot further from our modem than my current room. I have a wired computer, only accepts Ethernet, but I also want to be able to use laptops, which mainly use wireless. I am too far for the wireless to work and I am too far for any of our cables to reach. I also to not want to lose any speed, so I assume I would want some device that takes a Ethernet input.
So, I want a device that
1. Takes Ethernet input from a modem
2. Outputs a wireless signal
3. Has Ethernet outputs that could connect to a PC
What can I get?
