Network Freezing Up While Gaming

So I'm not exactly sure what's going on with my network but it freezes up while I'm gaming. It never happens during anything else. Mid-game it will just freeze, loop sounds and do nothing for 16-45 seconds. After that it will either go back to normal or disconnect me from the game and I have to log back in. It's super annoying and ruins the game. Sometimes happens up to three times a game (30-45 minute games).

Custom PC I built, I've updated Windows, Video Drivers and network settings. Nothing is old on here. I maintain my hard drive integrity with CCleaner and Defraggler. Anti-Virus and Malwyre prevention is constantly running.

I am completely baffled by this. I feel I just need to get a new PC altogether but this one holds up well. This is the only issue I have with it.

It almost seems like the Network is being overloaded and it dumps everything and then picks it back up.

It happens on multiple networks. I pay $125 a month with Verizon FIOS. My download and upload is 75/75. I've got plenty of internet to go around. I even moved my computer to another network and it did the same thing. I think I've got an issue with my motherboard. I just gotta save up so I can get a new computer.

What about your wireless internet adapter? Have you tried connecting via Ethernet?

I'm not on wireless. That is a frustrating experience. I directly connect via CAT all the time.
