Network inconsistent problem

Im using ethernet cable, and i lose connecton every minute. So in a minute its working, and in another its not. Also i should be able to get 1000mbps but i only got 90 something. I have a Gigabyte B360M Ds3h motherboard.

Is the Ethernet connection a direct connection: i.e., pc to router?

Or are there other devices in between: switches, Ethernet wall jack, powerline adapters, etc..?

Ensure that all existing Ethernet plugs are fully and firmly in place.

Try another known working Ethernet cable.

Reinstall the drivers for the motherboard's network adapter. Be sure to download the drivers from the network adapter's manufacturer's website.
