Question Network issues

Hello,I have fibre optic cable WiFi plan and the network comes and goes after some time .
What should be done?

Much more information needed. ISP, make and model information for modems, routers, etc...

Is it your entire network or just internet access "comes and goes"?

Check all of the connections from beginning to end starting with where the ISP's fibre optic cable comes into your residence.

Look for loose connections and signs of cable damage. Does your network have any patch panels or wall jacks?

If and where possible swap out cables, one at a time, with known working cables. There could be defective ethernet plug.

And your router logs (if available and enabled) may provide some clue as to what is happening. You will need admin rights to view the logs.
