Network Lag on some websites in the Evening

Hello there. My problem is basically that some sites mainly Twitch.tv live streams and other services similar to this, lag but only in the evening and only on my one main PC in my home. On my laptop and other devices the live streams and other sites will work fine, I changed my Ethernet cable for a new one and tried most things. Any ideas for what I can try?

this is prime time for the major sites and their traffic is MASSIVE. it is likely just the site reflecting the heavy usage.
