Hi guys i recently built myself a new pc and up until now it has been working fine- well it still is I just have a minor problem.
The problem is essentially the same as this one http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/3302-63-loading-frozen-network-icon
But with a slight difference- This happens but the only thing that happens is the icon freezes. But also I get the sound windows makes when it has found new hardware/ plugged a usb stick in on startup as well. The only thing i have plugged in is my keyboard, mouse, headset and etherenet cable. All of those are constantly plugged in so i have no idea why windows would make that noise.
