Hello I have a laptop and am running windows 11. I am having trouble when I start gaming with my internet speeds. When im not gaming im getting around 900 mbps download speeds but once i start gaming it drops down to 10-20mbps. I have tried on wifi and ethernet and it still has the same effect. On my ps5 I don't have any problems so I have eliminated my internet from being the problem. I am not super computer savvy but I have factory reset my computer though and that didnt fix anything. I have checked and the drivers are updated. I dont know what else to look for. Please help if you can. I also changed out my network card to an interl wifi 6E AX210 160MHz. My old one had the same problem.

Nvm, I went into my lenovo vantage app and disabled network boost and that seemed to help.

How much did that help?

Also, double check the laptop to ensure that only one network adapter (either wired or wireless) is enabled.

Not both adatrers at the same time nor two Ethernet adapters of any sort enabled at the same time.

Try disabling IPv6 on the laptop.

If nothing changes:

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt on the laptop.

Copy and paste the results herein.

Include make and model information for modem and router. Or modem/router if combined.
