Network room setup

Good day guys!

Can i ask for some help, I work in a hotel and each room has a 22 rooms we plan to put a router to each router due to a very thick wall.

Equipment are 22 routers and 1 unmanaged switch. thank you in advance thank you

An unmanaged switch has no place in a commercial network, IMO. A managed 100Mbit 24 port switch with gigabit uplink is appropriate. Put each room on a VLAN with just the WAN port. I would also recommend light commercial WIFI access points rather than routers. You want something that can be managed from a single interface. Look at the Ubiquiti UniFI or Engenius products. With a POE switch you could avoid any power requirements in the room.
