Question "network service host service" using all my internet making me lag in games

Using 50mb/s in my task manager. I've tried to turn off auto updates in the microsoft store. I've tried to leave it for a few hours to download what it needs to. Every time I end the task It comes back after a minute on it's own.picture of the service
