Okay so hello first of all. So i will try to describe this problem as clear as possible, i hope you will understand.

So let's begin with , my ussual internet speed via speedtest.net is:
~ 90mb/s download
~ 90mb/s upload
Most of time i use my router , but cable is directly connected from router to pc.
Never had simillar issues earlier.
All of the problems occur on many different devices like: PC, laptop, iphone, android, tablet.
It doesn't matter if i connect my cable directly to PC, problem is still there, nothing changes.

Now let's talk about problems:
1. Let's say i am playing game, and i get random disconnect, i try to minimazi game, then i see i got yellow mark on my connection, no pages will open , even google.com, nothing. All calls are disconnected - my internet gone. It comes back randomly after 5-15mins . Restarting pc, router or anything doesnt help at all.
2. Maybe half month ago new thing began to happen very rarely - my upload speed would go down to 0.1-1mb/s , download stay normal ~90mb/s , and while upload is very low, internet starts to work 1000x slower, more disconnects, spikes in games, and web pages wouldnt load normaly.
From this weekend - 2 days ago, my upload speed went down again to 0.1-1mb/s and is there for few days now, so i am stuck with "funny" internet. Tried connecting cables to pc, to router, restarting EVERYTHING, updating drivers, frimware, nothing helped.
Called my ISP , they told bla bla bla they will come to check it out in day or few, but they are "SURE" that is not their problem.
I will post below many speedtest.net results , and analyzed network log from league of legends.
If i need to post anything more please tell me.
Also in all games my ping is normal , very low.

Also in cmd: ping google.com i get about 35ms all the time, but maybe each 10~ lines i get time out.

EDIT

Just after i finished writing this post, my internet "Disconnect ritual" happened again. I made some screenshots what happens after what. So it begins with:
1. Suddenly it won't open any webpage , so i go check my router page and i see this:

2. Next i try to do diagnose problem in my web browser so i get this:

3. In same time i can see my yellow warning came by to say hello, so i got no internet access:

4. So i visit again my router page , and i got this now:

In the end i have no internet, so went to kitchen make myself a tea and few things ( so didn't event touch my PC), i came back after 10min~ and well, internet is back, again slow, but works a bit. And this happens many times a day.

Same happened day before , i got it all in one lol :

Solution
If I read this correctly you are saying your ROUTER does not have a IP or DNS entry. Your PC itself is fine(Other than no internet) and you can log into the router.

Pretty much this means the connection between your house and the ISP has gone down. It can actually be down or you could be getting so many errors the connection is being reset.

If this is a cable modem you should be able to see screens that show the signal level and errors count etc.

In any case first check all your internal wiring to be sure there is nothing lose or dirty or wet. Then you need to call the ISP and have them come out and check it. There is a small possibility it is your modem but most times it is problems with the wire outside your house.
