NETWORKING Driver issues- ASUS STRIX B450-F

Hey there,I have recently built a new computer, The computer works fine but i can't use the internet because it seems like it's something wrong with the networking adapter (Intel® I211-AT, 1 x Gigabit LAN Controller) When I run the Windows troubbleshooting it says that I don't have the drivers needed to use the controller. When i try to install the newest drivers for it it just says "There is no intel hardware in this config"

So i got online and bought a networking card (TP-Link TG-3468 10/100/1000) I am just wondering if that card will work even though the one on the motherboard doesen't

Are you using Windows 10?

Also did you download the LAN driver from the website?

Yes, But it wont install because "You doesen't have a intel component in your config.
And the network card doesent show up in device manager

Is the LAN Controller enabled in the UEFI Setup?

Yes The Intel Lan controllers is enabled

As long as your PCI slots are working correctly then i don't see any reason why the networking card won't work.
