Networking icons appear too late after bootup

sometime, once windows gets older and use of net is frequent, my computer gets slower. the problem is with loading various icons especially the networking. can some body help me in reducing this time, plz.

Start>Run>Msconfig.
Under services and startup uncheck anything U don't need and it isn't vital for Windows.
U may also install CCleaner and let it run to , and also run a scan with Malwarebytes.
