No its new from shop... the cheapest 6gb version is 330 euros

modern games at 1080 with somewhat decent settings... I had 660 ti and was happy with it until it died

When new line of Nvidia gpus gets released, most certainly prices for old models will go even lower.

Doesnt need to be the case. Depends where you live. In Montenegro difference between 1 generation is like 20 euros, because we have dickhead prices mostly. They are fixing it in some stores, but mostly they keep all prices up.
