New 21'' monitor

Im looking for a new 21'' monitor. I'll be using it for both text and
graphics. Price is a concern.

It seems like the Samsung 1200NF is nice.

Other suggestions?

I am looking at the 1200nf too, it looks like a good monitor. Anyone have any cons about it?

I bought the Samsung 1200NF two days ago. I like it alot except for black text on white bagground is quite blurry. However since this is my first aperture grille monitor I dont know whether this is normal?
