New 25"-27" monitor under $250

Im looking for a new monitor preferably about 25"-27". I would like it to be under 5ms response time, and am looking to spend under $250.

i didnt no .you can easy spend that kind of money for worthless monitor which you can get same specification monitor for half the price.
