Question New 4090 working PCI-e 3.0 not 4.0 with 11700K

Hello,

Couple day ago I bought new ASUS TUF 4090 OC graphic card. Today I checked GPU-z (Version 2.50.0) and I saw my GPU working on PCI 3.0 not 4.0. I tried to update BIOS and nothnig changed (Motherboard ASUS TUF Z590 Plus Wi-Fi. Bios version is 1601).

Also, I opened PCIe Resizable BAR settings too.

Resizable bar requires pcie 4.0 so suggests where you are seeing 3.0 could be wrong.

I mean I opened Resizable bar after I updated my BIOS and It's says Enabled. But when I check Bus Interface It's says 3.0 not 4.0 (Sometimes I saw 1.1 but I know this is power saving mode)

Also I don't have 4.0 M2 SSD. I'm using 4.0 M2 slot but I plugged there a PCIe 3.0 M2

Sorry for spam but I started couple tests and GPU still working on PCIe 3.0
