Question New 4k 120tv flashing on foliage

Hello! Bought a new tv and the screen is flashing especially on foliage like bushes and trees and tiny objects like lines. Is there a full fix for this? This happens on youtube videos

Make and model TV?

Configuration settings? TV, game, system?

Are there drivers for the TV? If so, were the drivers installed?
