New Acer monitor but almost everything seems blurry to me.

So yesterday i bought new ACER monitor its the GF246 found it very cheap with good design, but it only supports VGA , HDMI and DisplayPort ,which connecter should i use to boost it to 75hz and remove that blurry-ness because it messes with my eyes pretty bad, or im not used to big monitors yet , my old monitor was 19inc this one is 24, atm Im using HDMI i was thinking to connect my DVI cabel to the grapics card and use the external DVI - HDMI cabel that i have and connect them will it help.

Nvm it was the drivers downloaded them from the monitor's website and restarted

better make a copy of it and save it if that monitor need its own driver to work right .. never know what acer may make it ''disappear '' or change it for the worse or any emergency and you need it quick [opinion]
