[SOLVED] New Alienware AW2721D Loose Video.

Hi all!
Just got this new monitor, once in a while the screen goes black, looks like I'm loosing the video. the PC stays on. No controls on the Keyboad. Before I had a LG2958UM 2560x1080, never had problem with it using HDMI.
Wondering if it would be my card or the video cable may be defective. I set the resolution, using Nvidia setting. 2560X1440 240Hz. Anyone seen this? Or would it be better to contact Dell Tech Support?
Here is my gear I built last year, all parts were new.
Asus Maximus XI Wifi
I7 8700K Base Speed
32 Gig Mem
Rog Strix RTX2070S-A8G
1000 W P/S
3 SSD drives.
Windows 10 64 Pro
Cooler Master 700P
All the latest drivers.
It's not Heat related, CPU thermal is 44c and the RTX is at 29c. And YES I'm using a display port cable.
Has anyone had this happen?

I installed the 3 files from AW " Command Center" "ALIENWARE_AW2721D-MONITOR_A00-00_DRVR" "AWFXDisp_SmartInstaller_2.0.1.12"
Wondering if it conflicting with Gforce driver?

I don't think HDMI can do 240hz @ 2k resolution.

No I got it hook up through display port 1.4.

Update
Found the problem. Strange.
It was one of my anti-virus that would trow a pop-up "working in the background"
Monitor tried to change resolution.
Disable the notification and been good since.
