New AMD Hardware for laptops

Looking to buy a new gaming for less than $1000.
I had decided on the Dell Inspiron with 1050ti and the new, much improved, IPS panel. However I spotted a new laptop with an AMD FX 9830p and an RX 460 with 4GB DDR5 memory and 12 GB RAM

Does anyone how the FX and the 460 stack up against the 1050Ti and i5 7300K

The Radeon RX 460 is considered to be between the performance of the GTX 960m and GTX 965m based on how Notebookcheck ranks mobile GPUs. However, there are no game benchmarks for it. The GTX 1050Ti's performance is between the GTX 970m and GTX 980m.

The FX 9830p APU is pretty weak compared to Intel CPUs. It is less powerful than the desktop FX-8350 CPU which is generally less powerful than a 2nd generation Intel Core i5 CPU. The 7th generation i5-7600k is a desktop CPU that is rated at 91w TDP so unless you are looking at boutique laptop, a laptop is unlikely to have such a power hungry CPU that generates a lot of heat.
