[SOLVED] NEW BLUE YETI

Hello guys , I got myself a Blue Yeti , I don't know why but it's sound horrible , I'm usuing the mic connecting to my PC
And makes a phone calls usuing this ,
Every target caller say I'm sound really bad .
Gain set 0
I don't have any idea what to do , please any solution?

Test it with a standard audio recording using the voice recorder on the computer so you can check if issue is with the mic. What are you using to make these calls? That's a pretty good quality mic, unless it's actually broken there is a good chance the issue is with the program you are using or you have a slow internet connection and it's restricting call quality.
