[SOLVED] New/Budget Build

I am looking to build a new pc around my previous gtx 1080 ti. I picked it up for around $500 and would like to keep it for my next build. I have put together a build, but I don't know if I'm getting the best bang for my buck. I plan on doing 3d modeling (nothing super intense, just low level stuff) and a mix between high frame 1080p and 1440p gaming. All suggestions are much appreciated.

that build looks solid enough.

I'd add a 2-4 TB Spinny HDD for additional storage, a 1TB drive will fill up fast with modern games and media.
