New Budget Pc

Hello every1,i have a few questions. I Will be getting a new pc. Q6600,hd 4550(upgrading soon). I Wanted to ask is it better for me to get 4gb ram or get new motherboard and 8. And what os uses the least resources(windows).And what new gpu do u guys recomend to play something like gta 5 on lowest settings. THANKS!

You need 8 GB of RAM these days.

I'm not sure. Either Windows 7 or Windows 10.

What resolution will you be playing at?
For 1080p, a gtx 1050ti would be pretty good.
