Hello,

2 days ago, I built a new computer, I have the following hardware:
Intel Core i5-3570K @3.4GHz (Default)
ASRock Z77 Extreme6 1155
16GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 430
500W Power Supply

I have tried to render a video using Sony Vegas, but about 5-10% in, I get a "0x00000f4" BSoD.

I have tried doing the following
1. memtestx86+
2. Full chkdsk
3. Installing updates
4. Defragmenting the Disk
5. I tried reapplying thermal paste onto my CPU, because I noticed that it was getting really hot. (The fans are barely spinning, I can't control the speeds)

Is there anything that I can do?

It appears to be a memory address instance and I am going to point my finger at the GT430 here (since memtest came up clean - assuming a 24hr run). I'd suggest trying Unigine to stress the graphics card - see what that tells you http://unigine.com/products/heaven/download/
