New Build, all components connected, but no video,..all fans and RGB working apparently from default, how to troubleshoot??
--Antec Performance 1ft full size case
--Ryzen 7900X3d
--ASUS ROG Strix X670 E-e gaming MOBO
-MSI Coreliquid D360
-64GB RAM - Corsair Titanium Dominator
-Gigabyte gaming Oc 4090 GPU
- gen 5 - NVME M2 -2gb
-gen4 2gb NVME M2

I have tried to reflash the MOBO but I am getting no response at all. There is no error code on the MOBO --the code is 0.0 which means unused.
I have until tomorrow (9-22-24) to return the MOBO, but I don't know if that is the right move here. It might be OK. I mean the main system
seems to rum fine, I simply get no video from my Samsung Odessey G8 4K OLED 240 Hz 34-inch monitor. HELP Please.

You forgot to mention the make and model of the PSU. Also got a link to the ram kit you're working with and which slots the rams are populating? Try and relieve some stress off the CPU's mounting for the AIO and see if that helps.

Can you walk us through on how you flashed the BIOS?

Remove the discrete GPU from your build, and try and power up the system with the iGPU, with the display hooked up to your motherboard's display output port.

Does this have integrated graphics? If so, try that.

Thank you for the response.

PSU -- Corsair 1000e --New

I have not actually flashed the MOBO. I tried using FLASHBACK. Held button for 3 seconds as explained in the manual and waited for it to begin blinking (this while I had a USB drive --FAT 32--With BIOS from 9-12-24 renamed as per the manual) but it never began blinking. --- (this is when I began thinking the MOBO might be faulty) --- so I never actually flashed or reflashed the BIOS.

---I actually had the DP from the I/O connected until this morning because I had to get a power cable from Corsair for the 4090. -- I have no video that way either.

---> I have removed and reseated the 2 RAM sticks. I have tried one stick in A2 and then the other stick in A2, but I have not tried the other slots other than A2 with a single stick.

This almost seems like somehow whatever software or firmware is supposed to be on the MOBO was completely erased such that it cannot even accept a new version or ANY version. But would the fans and the pump and the RGB work like they do?

I don't think I ever updated this thread. The solution that I came up with was to return the MOBO and replace it with the same model from Amazon. I put the new MOBO in and put everything back together and it has worked great ever since! I put the whole build together exactly as I had before. As of today's date, 12/27/24, it has performed better than I expected.
