New build and need suggestions.

Hello everyone im building a new desktop at the weekend. I decided that parts:
Processor : intel 4770k
Graphic : zotac gtx780ti
Mobo : asus z87-pro
Memmory : gskill 2x8gb RipjawsX 1600mhz CL10
HD : wd 1TB Cavair Blue SATA 3.0 7200rpm 64mb cache
SDD : kignston 120gb HyperX 3k series
Case : Corsair Carbide series 400r 80plus 750w midt ATX black

im really confused about choosing memmory any suggestions about that?
or suggestions about other parts.

What is your power supply?
Are you getting OS?

You really only need a 4570k, the 4770k is a very little performance difference. 8gb of RAM is adequate.

Thanks for reply. After your comment now i dig it and probably ill go with 4570k.
I did not think about the power supply at all im open to suggestions about that also. Im planing to go with win 7 professional or 8.1.
also im thinking watercooling which includes

XSPC RayStorm CPU WaterBlock (Intel)
XSPC Memory WaterBlock (4 Slot)
XSPC X2O 750
TFC XChanger 480 mm
OR
XSPC EX480
4 x COOLER MASTER SİCKLEFLOW 120MM

Honestly, for 200-400$ for watercooling, its not worth it.
You could make it easier on yourself by getting a closed loop cooler, like this - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181058

Get something at least tier 3 or up.

Go with windows 8.1, it is the most current operating system. You might need to get used to it, but games play better with windows 8.1.
