I recently built a new PC for a friend who wanted a cheap computer, and they purchased the following combo from Newegg:

Not too longer after the build the system started experiencing issues with graphical display (using integrated graphics) and running slower than I would expect for a new machine. At this point (a week later) the system will not run for more than 30 minutes (will give BSOD around 30 min.), and is very sluggish while running. The 3 consistent errors I get are MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT.
After doing some initial research I tried swapping in a new DIMM of memory, and newegg has since replaced the motherboard, neither of these made a change. As of yesterday, the CPU was reading a constant 100% usage, and only showing 4 of the 8 threads you would expect from a quad core hyper threaded. The temperature has never exceeded 47C, and I have made sure all applicable chipset drivers, etc. are installed for the motherboard. Should I swap this CPU out or is there something I am missing. Any and all ideas are welcome. Thank you in advance.
