Hello there,
Recently built a new system.
At first it would BSOD within a few minutes of start up. Started on safe mode and installed the drivers for the chipset and the AMD drivers for the CPU.
Thought all was OK - ran for 4 days and now has started to BSOD again. Maybe once every hour or so. Not related to a specific application.
Thought it was the LAN (from looking at the minidump) so plugged in a USB wifi dongle and disabled the LAN hardware in device manager. Still get BSOD.
System details.
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-320M-S2H (link) (new)
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3500x (link) - I know it's a China only item.... (new)
GPU - Palit GeForce GTX 1050ti Storm (link) (new)
Memory - Hyperx Fury 2 x 8GB x 2666 MHz (link) (new)
SSD - Sandisk Ultra 960GB (used before)
PSU - Aerocool Integrator 500W Power Supply, 80 Plus Bronze (link) (new)
Windows 10 Home 64 bit version 20H2
Latest drivers for the chipset, mobo, GPU installed.
No overlocking or changes to the voltages in BIOS.
Latest Version of BIOS installed.
We did notice that one of the CPU pins was ever so slightly bent before installation into the mb but it went in OK.
I'll try to add the mini dump some how.
Update - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL errors.
ntoskrnl.exe caused the crash
Link to minidump files (link)
Thanks for any and all help,
Dave
