Looks like it may be the GPU then. You may have to get it replaced.

See if there are any GPU settings in the BIOS that you can change, and try doing that.

Here's your BIOS manual: https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/AMDX570BIOS.pdf

On the first screen of your BIOS there should be a System Information area that tells you your BIOS version. If your version is less than 7C91v26, then it might be worth trying to update it as described on page 6 of the manual using a USB download of an updated BIOS from the MSI website (7C91v27): https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-B550-TOMAHAWK-MAX-WIFI/support

And try again with the GPU.

The BIOS manual should also show you how to find any GPU settings if you need to do that.

I have updated my bios to v27 from v23 to no avail. The same keeps happening 😭

Have you tried it with just a single DRAM module installed?

Basically at this point you've largely run out of things you can test aside from testing the DRAM modules individually.

If that doesn't do anything then you're left with faulty CPU/GPU/DRAM as your potentials since you've already tried motherboard/PSU.
Yes I have also done this, nothing restarts up until the gpu gets put in, is when the restarting starts

OP dude, find somebody to help, a friend/relative/whoever who has had experience with building a PC. If this is your first time, it's tough to figure out what's wrong, and online help can only do so much.

Post a help-wanted on local Craigslist. Say you're PC noob and you're about to commit seppuku over comatose build. Pay for gas and offer free beer&pizza.

If you find a good samaritan, be sure to ask him/her to bring some spare parts, like old GPU/PSU/whatever.
