new build cant play games

hello, yesterday i finished my build. I can do everything with it except gaming. it run the games for half a minute. my system specs are:
cpu: amd athlon x4 845
gpu: msi rx 460 (4gb)
psu: corsair cx500
mobo: asrock fm2a68m-hd+

(I plugged my monitor into gpu)
I think its something with my gpu, war thunder (game) gave i message when i launched it gpu 32 MiB and cpu around 1800 MiB

and if i go to system info it says 8gb ram installed (2.95gb ) usable. i tried the msconfig thing to change it back but it didnt work

Windows 32 can't use more than 4gb ram

You need to install windows 10 64bit.

It also looks like you dont have the amd GPU drivers installed

My guess is your monitor is plugged into the motherboard so its not using the gpu, if correct plug your monitor into the gpu and then install drivers.

Are these new or second hand parts? If new you should have been able to get much better and newer parts for the same money.

Don't forget the motherboard drivers as well.Do these before installing the gpu drivers.

Download the first three options here,

install them. Do these before installing the gpu drivers,i know it's appealing to game but do this.These are for windows 64 bit so make sure you install that first.
